Terms of Service

I have the right to cancel or refuse any commission regardless of the circumstances of said commission or client.

It is your responsibility to submit all relevant references and information for the commission.

I won't draw NSFW, fetish art, mechs, and gore.

Unless discussed beforehand there are no reserved commissions. The best place to receive updates on my availability is my Discord server in my Carrd.

Please be aware that completion time may vary from days to months due to my schedule and outside factors. If a Discord is provided with your contact information you will receive regular updates when progress is being made on it.

Full Payment is required before any work is done on the commission.

Unless stated otherwise or discussed privately commissions will only be available through PayPal.

Refunds are not available after payment has been sent.

If I cancel a commission for any reason you are entitled to a full refund unless work has begun on the commission.

After submitting your google form with your commission information, you will receive an email or discord message with a quote for how much your commission will be when adjusted for level of detail and add-ons if applicable.

Upon payment you will receive access to a discord server where you will be given direct contact with me.

During the sketching phase, you will receive regular updates and are welcome to give critique and feedback

Upon confirmation of approval of rough drawings, changes will be limited to 3 major changes to the commissions. Major changes involve redrawing large sections of the commission

All commissioned work is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Under no circumstances are you allowed to use my artwork to train AI

Under no circumstances are you allowed to use my artwork for NFTS

I have the right to use any commissions I make for my own self-promotion and brand promotion.

All rights to the artwork belong to Astroma. This means that you are not allowed to reproduce the art for sale or commercial use.

You are not permitted to edit, trace, or reproduce any commission work.
